Castle Neuschwanstein

Castle Hohenschwangau

Only a few kilometers away is another castle.
Castle Hohenschwangau:
Crown prince Maximilian of Bavaria had the ruin of
Schwanstein Castle being rebuilt in neo-Gothic style.
This is where King Ludwig II spent his childhood.
