Herbst (Autumn)

We have been very fortunate to have such
nice weather for such an extended amount of time.
According to the locals, we should all be
in our winter parkas and snow should have made it's way.
As it starts to cool down and the leaves have been blown away,
I look forward to my days of downhill skiing.

Now I know my ABC's.

Lily and Lola

We had the pleasure to dogsit the
Fairbarn puppies...Lily and Lola.
The kids could not have been more excited.
Although xmas is right around the corner,
there will be no puppy under the tree.
But MAYBE this spring when we arrive home,
we will need a puppy to go with our new house!

Bella loved the puppies and they loved her back...
and the toast in her hand.

Brax thought the only way to get to know Lola was
to get down to her level.

Socks Only

All he needs is his socks and sticks and he's happy as can be!

Sidewalk 1 Braxton 0

Although he is all smiles, that fat lip did not feel too good.
Sometimes his feet go too fast and it's his face
that ends up completing the stop.
But thank goodness no stiches......this time.

Kindergarten Krafts

Bella is always so proud when she brings
home a craft she made at school.
I was very surprised that her kite was orange.....
her favorite color is purple and EVERYTHING has
to be purple.
She was very excited to tell me all about her lantern.

White Trash Birthday Bash

It was our friend Ryan's birthday and they
decided to throw a theme party for his birthday.
So out came the "wife-beaters", leopard print anything,
sleeveless lumberjack T's, ankle tight sweatpants,
mint green eyeshadow and florescent jewellery.
It was so awesome and so great to see
everyone participate!

Rednecks Rock.
Ryan, Dylan, Klaus, Jason
The trashier, the better.
Maggie, Kasie, me, Petra

Time for chilli!

Sweatpants Rule.

Jello-shots!

Cannot have a white-trash event without BEER-pong.

Hilary and Vitali come to Rosenheim

Friends of ours that we made last season in Crimmitschau,
came down to the south on their Nov league break.
We were so excited to see them.
I don't think any of us had really changed....we still all
enjoyed our dinner/drinks, I talked Hilary's ear off,
Vitali and Jason had their never-ending hockey discussions,
and the kids were as LOUD and happy as can be to be
spoiled and played with.
What an enjoyable weekend!

After the potatoe joke (Vitali laughed so hard he cried)
and before the "small" pizza Jason ordered.

Hilary and I enjoyed our rose' wine, rose' wine and rose' wine.

Beautiful day in the mountains.

Blue skies and sunshine!
Up the mountain we go.

Gorgeous view.

smiles from the ladies....

and why wouldn't there be goats on the mountain?
Bella the shephard....
the kids were thrilled to run and play at the park.

beautiful view on the way down.

cannot forget about LUGING!

Off they go.
Hilary the lucky duck got to go as fast as she wanted...
no one was infront of her and no kids on her lap!
Big squeezes from Vita.
Brax enjoyed every minute of it.

Mr. Jam

I can finally leave the room and trust that my son
will not smear his food all over the walls, floors, himself...etc.
He now understands that food is to eat when left alone,
not to make masterpieces on my white walls.
I know it will not last, but in the meantime I'd
rather clean up a messy face than a messy wall.

jam on toast can get quite messy.

Fun with Daddy.

It is very unfortunate that Daddy is on the injured list again.
He is very positive and optimistic for someone who
came back to play and got injured again only after two games.
In the meantime, he keeps himself distracted with the kids
and they take FULL advantage of it!

Rosenheim Starbulls

Although it's getting pretty cold to attend a home game
the crowd and fans are always entertaining.
Totally worth the frozen pinky toe!
