Home for Xmas

We took upon the BC highways, the 13 hour drive with 2 kids & a puppy and made it just in time for christmas. We were all so overjoyed to spend the christmas holiday with family & close friends.

CHRISTMAS MORNING

She was so excited to receive her purple pony.
It was the gift she wrote down first on her letter to Santa. It was the gift she promised to be good for. By the expression on her face, being good was worth it.

Brax was more intrigued with ripping and tearing xmas wrap.

Xmas was good to them both!

Becker Family Christmas Greeting 2010

Greetings from Prince George!
2010 was an amazing year.
Once again we were on the move, nothing new to us.
We are enjoying everything Prince George has to offer.

Jaime and Jason. Busy, busy and one more busy.
Between hockey, school, kids, dog & work -
our household has no problem keeping itself busy.
At least once a week we drop everything and have a family day.
Even if it's another trip to the rink so the kids can recklessly skate
their lives away while I sip my fancy Starbucks coffee.
Jason absolutely loves everything about coaching.
Especially when the team is winning.
I don't change much.
If I can't find a mall, I'll online shop.
If I want company, I call up another hockey wife
or show up at a neighbors house.
Life is what you make it and we are making it great.

Bella. Glitter, glam & high-heels
What can I say, I am in heaven!
Mother's adore their lil girls with pink ribbons and bows,
lace dresses and ponytails.
My lil girl likes glitter, sparkles, vibrant colors.
High-heels, dresses and her hair done just right.
"Mommy, can you buy me high-heels?"
Are you kidding me, music to my ears.
She's smart and always thinking ahead.
I had put the kidlets to bed one evening and had
warned my lil diva that even though I am in the
tub I can still hear all noises, lights coming from her room.
She asked me in such an honest manner,
"But mom, how will you hear what I am doing while the water is running?"
I have a strong feeling, this will not be the last question
I let go unanswered.

Braxton. Always entertaining.
He grew up so fast over the summer. He now attends pre-school.
He prances thru the hallway each school day as he announces
his presence and has a wave with a followed hello for everyone.
When he's not playing hockey, he is working on puzzles.
When he is not working on puzzles, he is dancing.
Name a song on the current hit list, he knows it and will sing it for you.
Songs during a blown whistle at the Cougar game will get him to his feet.
And yes, always a silly face.
He's the kinda kid that no matter how much red spaghetti sauce
he just wiped onto his pants or how much of his mother's
most fabulous smelling lotion he used as "glue" while making crafts,
you have to turn away to smile.

Barkley. The newest addition to the Becker family.
July 26th we brought home a pure-bred black lab pup.
He adores anyone and everyone.
You won't hear him bark and he's afraid of his own shadow.
He's the gentlest soul in the house.

From our family to yours,
Wishing you a safe & Happy Holiday Season!
Jason, Jaime Bella & Brax

It's beginning to look alot like xmas!

Snowfalls and the first week of December,
it's time to decorate!

Deck the halls with Scotiabankers

Scotiabank Xmas Party.
I wore the tightest dress and went up for seconds during dinner.
I wore electric blue 4 inch heels which made me the tallest
lady that evening.
I let Rita convince me shooters were to be drank.
I let Heather convince me the most popular song out was
an Italian song I hadn't heard in 10 years.
We paid for a cab to take us home when the
party supplied free shuttles.
It was a good night had by all.
And we still giggle at work about things that
had been said and done that night.
